Does an apple a day keeps doctors away or brings you addiction?
Some people have the habit of having some specific types of food more than others and they seem to be unable to change their diet and in other words they are addicted to that food type; the very common example is addiction to coffee and the reason is the caffeine in coffee which is not very healthy. On the other hand, Apples are considered to be healthy food and having them is recommended. We all have heard them say:" an apple a day keeps doctors away."
In my project, I will have an apple every day for twelve weeks and make it a habit to examine two factors: firstly, will I really keep doctors away? And secondly, will this habit of having healthy food brings me addiction?
